Community Guidelines

The idea
Vibevoli is built around a conversation, not a swipe. That only works if people feel safe enough to be themselves. These guidelines are the floor, and they apply in the lounges, in private threads, in your photos, and in your profile.
Be a real person, once
- Every member passes a live identity check. One account per person.
- Your photos have to be of you, current, and not screenshots of someone else.
- Your name and age are set once and cannot be edited later. Get them right.
- You must be 18 or older. No exceptions, ever.
Zero tolerance
These lead to immediate removal, a permanent ban, and a referral to law enforcement where the law requires it:
- Any sexual content involving a minor, or any attempt to contact a minor.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or bullying.
- Hate speech or slurs aimed at who someone is.
- Sharing sexual images of anyone without their consent.
- Solicitation, trafficking, or any commercial sex.
- Scams, extortion, sextortion, or asking members for money or crypto.
How the screening actually works
Nothing you send is posted before it is checked, and a held message is never shown to the other person. Two different standards apply, because the rooms and the threads are different places:
- Lounges are public rooms. Profanity, sexual content, and exact addresses or coordinates are blocked outright.
- Private threads hold phone numbers, handles, links, and meetup specifics until the thread unblurs at 15 messages and the Real-World Bridge is unlocked. This is not prudishness. Contact details are how nearly every dating scam starts.
- Photos are screened before they appear. Nudity and sexual content are held for human review regardless of who is in the frame.
- Repeatedly tripping the filter pauses your posting. Trying to smuggle contact details past it, with spaced letters, emoji, or spelled-out digits, is treated as intent, not an accident.
In the lounges
- Talk to people, do not broadcast at them. No spam, no promotion, no recruiting.
- Reactions are free. Use them instead of piling on.
- Do not repost what someone said in a private thread.
- A room is a public place. Write like your whole city can read it, because it can.
In a private thread
- One opener per person. If they do not reply, let it go.
- No means no the first time.
- Do not send explicit photos to someone who did not ask for them.
- Unmatch and block are always available, and you never owe anyone an explanation.
Reporting
Report and block are one tap from any thread and from any lounge member's mini-profile. Reports go to a human, not a queue that nobody reads. We review the flagged content, the surrounding conversation, and the account's history. You are never told off for reporting in good faith.
If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first, then tell us at admin@vibevoli.com.
Consequences
Depending on what happened, we remove content, pause posting, restrict features, suspend the account, or ban it permanently. A ban forfeits any remaining paid access or credits without refund, as the Refund Policy and the Terms of Service explain. We also cancel any active subscription so a banned account is never billed again.
If we got it wrong
Every held message has an appeal button, and every enforcement decision can be reviewed. Write to admin@vibevoli.com and a person will look at it. Filters make mistakes; we would rather hear about them.
