Who we are

Vibevoli is operated by BreathEasy Administrative Services LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, at PO Box 1366, Pahrump, NV 89041. That company is responsible for the information described in this policy, and "we," "us," and "our" below mean BreathEasy Administrative Services LLC.

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to keep Vibevoli free of bots and catfish, to run your conversations, and to process payments. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies for analytics, so you will not see a cookie banner here.

Information we collect

• Account details: name or first name, age, city, email address, and the prompts you publish on your profile.
• Identity verification: private live selfie frames used to confirm you are a real, present person and match your profile photos. The frames and review result are retained in protected storage so an authorized safety reviewer can approve uncertain checks. They are never shown on your dating profile.
• Conversation content: messages, in-chat photos, and connection milestones, retained while the chat is active or expired-but-resurrectable.
• Payment records: when payments launch, our payment provider will process card details. Vibevoli will store only the purchase and entitlement information needed to deliver paid features. We do not ask for or store full card numbers.
• Cookie-free analytics: page path, timestamp, referring domain, device category, and a visitor hash that rotates every day. This cannot be traced back to you, and no IP addresses are stored.

How we use it

• To verify identity and block bots, duplicate accounts, and impersonation.
• To deliver matching, messaging, unblur milestones, and expiration timers.
• To detect contact information shared before the Real-World Bridge is unlocked, for safety.
• To screen in-chat photos for contact details and for sexual or nude content, and to review reports.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and honor refunds where required.
• To measure aggregate site traffic and improve the product.

We do not use your conversations to train advertising models, and we do not disclose them except where legally required or where there is a credible safety threat.

Photo screening and child safety

Every photo sent inside a conversation is screened automatically before it is delivered. The screening reads any text in the image and checks for sexual or nude content. An image carrying contact or location details is not delivered; it is retained in protected storage, visible only to our safety team, so a person can confirm the decision, and it is kept only as long as needed for that review and enforcement. An image flagged as sexual or nude is withheld behind a cover and queued for a person on our safety team to review, and members can report any image or message directly from the conversation.

We keep the screening result, the text read from the image, and the reviewer's decision for as long as needed to enforce our rules. Vibevoli has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Where a review finds material involving a minor, we remove the content, permanently ban the account, preserve the evidence, and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. 2258A. Evidence in those cases is retained as the law requires, even after an account is deleted.

Email and marketing

Transactional email such as verification, receipts, and safety notices is part of the service. Marketing email is opt-in only, every message includes a working one-click unsubscribe, and we honor opt-outs promptly, consistent with CAN-SPAM and comparable rules. We do not sell or rent our mailing list.

Retention and deletion

Verification evidence is retained while your account is active so uncertain checks can be reviewed. Deleting your account removes your profile, uploaded photos, verification evidence, matches, and message history from active systems. Backup copies age out on the normal protected backup rotation.

Your choices and rights

• Access, correct, export, or delete your information from Profile, or by emailing us.
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your account.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object or restrict processing.
• We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security and age

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and payments run through a PCI-compliant processor. Vibevoli is strictly for adults 18 and older. We remove accounts we believe belong to minors.
