1. Who we are

Vibevoli is a trade name of BreathEasy Administrative Services LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" meanBreathEasy Administrative Services LLC. 2. Who can use Vibevoli

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and not barred from using the service. Dating members must complete the live identity check. A couple profile requires both people to participate in verification. Staff-only accounts may access authorized administration tools without creating a dating profile.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private and your profile accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Impersonation, recycled or misleading photos, and attempts to bypass verification are grounds for immediate removal.

4. Community conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content involving minors, ever.
• No solicitation, commercial promotion, romance scams, crypto pitches, or off-platform payment requests.
• No sharing another member's photos, messages, or contact details without consent.
• No automation, scraping, or reverse engineering of the service.

Sharing contact information before the Real-World Bridge is unlocked may be blocked by our safety filter. That filter is a safeguard, not a guarantee, and you remain responsible for how you meet people.

5. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material

Vibevoli is an adults-only service. Child sexual abuse material, sexualized images of anyone under 18, grooming, soliciting a minor, and any attempt to trade such material are absolutely prohibited. There is no warning and no second chance for this.

• Every in-chat photo is screened automatically before it is delivered.
• Any image our screening flags as sexual or nude is withheld behind a cover and reviewed by a person on our team, whatever the apparent age of the people in it.
• Every member can report any image or message directly from the conversation.
• When a review finds material involving a minor, we remove the content, permanently ban the account and any related accounts, preserve the evidence, and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. 2258A.
• We also ban accounts that sexualize minors in text, request such material, or misrepresent their age to reach the service.

Adults appearing in explicit images must be consenting adults. Sharing intimate images of any person without their consent is prohibited and will end your account.

6. Photos, screening, and reporting

In-chat photos must be taken with your camera in the moment; there is no upload from a saved library. Photos are automatically checked for contact and location details, and an image carrying them is not delivered. A held image is kept privately for our safety team to review and for enforcement. A human reviews every reported or flagged image and records the decision. False reports made to harass another member are themselves a violation.

7. How conversations work

Text messaging is unlimited and free. Photos unblur after 15 exchanges at no cost. Before the unblur, a chat closes after 24 hours without activity. After the unblur, you have 72 hours to unlock contact sharing. Closed chats move to Expired Matches and can be restored with a Resurrect Match purchase.

8. Subscriptions and purchases

• Intent is $14.99 per month and VIP Connection is $39.99 per month, billed monthly in US dollars.
• Charges appear on your statement as VIBEVOLI (BREATHEASY). If you see a charge you do not recognize, email us before disputing it and we will sort it out.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Profile; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• One-time purchases (Resurrect Match $1.99, Real-World Bridge $4.99) are delivered immediately.
• You may cancel a subscription within 14 days of a first charge for a full refund if you have not used a paid feature. One-time unlocks are non-refundable once used. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable law or app store policy.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

9. Safety disclaimer

Verification confirms that a real person completed a liveness check. It is not a background check or a criminal-history screening. Meet in public, tell a friend your plans, and trust your instincts.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other members. Where we terminate without cause, we refund any unused prepaid period.

11. Liability and disputes

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of BreathEasy Administrative Services LLC is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, where BreathEasy Administrative Services LLC is organized, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

12. Changes and contact
